Fund I is not yet open. When it launches, it will operate as an evergreen vehicle investing in real estate and middle-market businesses across the United States. The first $10M invested will carry a 6% guaranteed return. We also offer single-vehicle participation (SVP) deals, where investors deploy capital into a specific transaction and withdraw their investment at the end of that deal.
