Wallace leads sourcing, capital formation, and investor relations at All Things Capital Group. He sets the firm's mandate: buy right, improve the asset, and compound cash flow over a long hold.
He works directly with sellers, brokers, and operators across the firm's markets, and is responsible for the pipeline that reaches the underwriting desk.
Wallace is also the primary point of contact for limited partners and SVP participants, from first conversation through capital return.
